{notrans}Footsteps is an advanced pedometer that accurately tracks your steps and calories burned while walking or running. Its user-friendly design allows for easy use whether it's in your pocket, hand, or a case. While it doesn't require a special belt, it performs exceptionally well with one. It runs seamlessly in the background, but don't forget to start Footsteps after turning on your iPhone/iPod. Additionally, it is compatible with Apple Watch.

{notrans}WORKOUTS
{notrans}Footsteps allows you to organize your activity into individual workouts. You have control over when to start, pause, reset, and save your workout. If desired, you can disable the workout feature and let Footsteps track your steps whenever the app is running (Settings -&gt; Use Workouts switch to OFF).

{notrans}HISTORY
{notrans}The History module conveniently organizes your activity by months, weeks, days, or individual workouts. You can add, edit, delete, or share your activity via email (with CSV attachment), SMS, Twitter, or Facebook.

{notrans}THE APPLE HEALTH APP INTEGRATION
{notrans}Footsteps can be set up to provide accurate step count, active calorie burn, and distance data to the Health App/Activity App. The app can also sync weight information with the Health App.

{notrans}APPLE WATCH
{notrans}Footsteps is fully compatible with Apple Watch. Any activity recorded on Apple Watch is seamlessly transferred to Footsteps. Furthermore, the app can contribute to Activity Rings if Health Kit integration is enabled.

{notrans}HELP
{notrans}Footsteps includes a comprehensive built-in help system with a FAQ section. If you require further assistance, please feel free to contact our support team. You can easily reach us within Footsteps by tapping Help, then Feedback, and sending us an email explaining the issue.
